Life is constantly revealing who I am. Rooted in South Louisiana and transplanted to Phoenix, Arizona, in 2002, my most defining role has been that of a mother.

It wasn’t until I neared 40 that I felt an undeniable soul calling—one deeply connected to freeform dance and shamanic practice. Experiencing firsthand the liberation and transformation these practices offered me ignited a fire within. I then knew my purpose was to share dance as a sacred, embodied experience from the depths of my heart.

Along my path, I have immersed myself in studies with The Power Path, learning from the Wixarika (Huichol) in Mexico and the Shipibo in Peru. These experiences have profoundly shaped my seership, deepening my connection to spirit, ritual, and the unseen realms.

I am currently apprenticing with The 360 Emergence, refining my craft as an embodiment facilitator and DJ. This journey is deepening my ability to guide others into movement as a path to healing, expression, and awakening.
